They claimed they are from "Tax Relief" had my name somehow and said that I requested information from them. The number that shows up in caller is 9176943550. When I asked for their number they gave me this 279 number as a call back number.

I have been called 3-4 time from 719-934-1158 saying he is "Mark" from the IRS liability reduction program. Then he says to call them back on 279-242-5425. This is a scam. Total scam. BEWARE!

I've been receiving between 5 and 7 spoofed spam calls Mon-Fri now for about 2 weeks. Every so often they leave a number to call, along with the voicemail. They claim to be "Tax Resolution Office" from the current Administration, and say their "agents" cannot stop the calls unless you dial "9." To speak to an "officer" - "dial 1" at 279-242-5425. I do not answer these calls, nor will I dial any number (1 or 9) for them. I keep reporting this to Verizon, and elsewhere, but nothing is being done to stop these low life individuals. I'm sick of these calls!!! I am on the no-call list, but the IRS and the government don't seem to want to stop this crap!
