Yes. Received a call from this number telling me that I am about to be served papers to go to court to pay them $5,000 on a Legacy Credit Card which I knew nothing about. Then they said that they can work it out with a portion paid down, but that I would have to act immediately. I didn't trust them. They were rude and nasty and when I was unwilling to cooperate, they insulted me and hung up on me with the threat that I would be taken to court.

This is a scammer company that has no clear visibility on social media or a trace leading to verification of a legitimate business. They get old and uncollectable debt from the dark web or old lists collectors buy. They keep 100% of all money collected by scare tactics and lies. The original owner of the debt has written the unpaid balance off and received a tax credit. There is no real legal claim in the courts to the debt. This scam is preying on people who no longer legally owe the debt and use threats to get whatever payments they can to make their profit.
