It's a phishing scam. The speaker pretended to be from Frontier, then pretended to gather information and make arrangements to change the services being received, to help switch the service...claimed there was a $3.00 charge to change the service. He requested my birth date, credit card number, and began asking "do you have any other bank accounts..." etc. I hung up at that point upon finally realizing I was being scammed (probably too late to avoid identity theft, *sob*) then I called the number back- different person answered and said their company was "Reward Junction". Both men I talked to had thick Indian accents, one claimed his name was "Christopher Anderson".
