Received a call at 12:15am. Assuming it is phishing.

Got call at 12:45 am and it was very scary....as the only calls we get at that time are typically medical emergencies or worse... the call came in twice on land line and not on cell. very upsetting. Is this typical for scpd to do ?

This is a scam call. Not a county number. They dont use any 333 numbers.
