Exactly the same thing. "looking for decent plan across your property look like that might be interested...." Very laid back, lots of noise like he was in a car and making the voice message. Ummmm .... strange. Beware of stuff like this. "Patrick" is up to no good.

Call received wanting to know if I was interested in selling property in a general area south of our nearby town. Gave name Patrick & this phone number. Very laid-back approach in language. I called and got the same voice and name but only the answering machine. After checking this information, I would be wary of dealing with him.
